 Metal Master Industries proudly introduces the JB2400 Tube and Pipe Bender (manufactured by Jancy Engineering Inc. ). The JB2300's solid steel construction is balanced on a set of heavy duty casters and built around a 110v/25A 3hp Baldor motor. These features make this a very durable and mobile machine, suitable for use almost anywhere. The 35 second cycle time for 180 degree bends makes the JB2400 a highly productive machine. The JB 2400 has an auto stop feature which allows for repeatable parts production and decreased scrap. The JB 2400 is capable of producing 180 degree single shot bends, with no ratcheting or pins required. Its 2" sch. 40 capacity easily satisfies most job requirements.
